STATE-OF-THE-ART OP CENTRES ENSURE SECURITY PROGRAM INTEGRATION

24 is one of a select few security companies that jointly with it’s partners operates 24-hour Customer Service / Operations Centres so that anytime, day or night, on a national level there are a minimum of fifteen Customer Service Representatives on duty to service our client and employee needs.

We use the most advanced computer systems available coupled with the most sophisticated scheduling software, all of which are supported by redundant power supply systems that allow us to operate under the most adverse conditions imaginable. Within moments of a call being received, the process to meet client and employee concerns is set in action.
